By accessing or using D-Chat (deepseekv4.space), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Service Description

D-Chat is an independent AI chat product that provides a custom interface on top of supported third-party models, including DeepSeek V4 Pro and DeepSeek V4 Flash. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DeepSeek or other underlying model providers.

No Official Affiliation

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, D-Chat is not affiliated with DeepSeek or any model vendor mentioned on the site.

Accounts and Billing

Some features require an account or paid subscription. If you start a paid plan:

• You authorize recurring charges based on the plan you select.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
• You can cancel directly from your D-Chat dashboard in Settings > Billing or by using the customer billing portal when available.
• Unless required by law or otherwise stated in a written offer, unused time in a billing period is generally not refunded automatically.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with normal site operation
• Reproduce or redistribute content in a misleading way
• Upload, request, generate, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content
• Use the service to exploit, harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or abuse others
• Upload, request, generate, or distribute malware, phishing content, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates risk for other users, or exposes us or our providers to abuse, fraud, or legal issues.

Intellectual Property

The D-Chat brand, original website copy, interface, and related assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party model names, trademarks, and links remain the property of their respective owners.

External Services

D-Chat depends on third-party infrastructure and model providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or output behavior originating from those providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, D-Chat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
