Refund and billing policy for D-Chat

Overview

This page explains how D-Chat handles refunds, renewals, and subscription cancellations.

Subscription Renewals

  • Paid plans renew automatically on the billing cadence shown at checkout unless you cancel first.
  • You can cancel directly from your D-Chat dashboard in Settings > Billing.
  • When cancellation is scheduled at period end, you keep access through the end of the current paid period and future renewals stop after that date.

Refund Requests

We review refund requests case by case. Common situations we may review include:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Accidental double purchases
  • Billing mistakes caused by technical issues
  • Paid access that could not be delivered because of a verified service-side failure

Unless required by law or approved by us in writing, unused time, partial billing periods, or change-of-mind purchases are generally not refunded automatically.

We aim to respond to billing and refund requests within 3 business days.

Chargebacks and Provider Escalation

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback whenever possible. If we do not respond within a reasonable time, our payment partners may step in to protect customers and resolve disputes.
