Prohibited Use

You may not use D-Chat to:

• Generate, request, upload, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content
• Exploit, sexualize, or endanger minors
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, stalk, or abuse other people
• Generate or distribute malware, phishing pages, credential theft content, or other malicious code
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property or legal rights
• Promote illegal activity, violence, self-harm, terrorism, or evasion of law enforcement
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as official statements from DeepSeek or any other model provider
• Attempt to bypass account, rate-limit, safety, billing, or access controls

Product Positioning

D-Chat is an independent wrapper product that provides a custom interface for supported third-party models. It is not an official DeepSeek product.

Enforcement

We may block prompts, suspend accounts, cancel subscriptions, remove content, or restrict access when we reasonably believe a user has violated this policy or created risk for other users, our providers, or payment partners.
